A person of a young age who is addicted to classic bands from the 70s, such as Weather Report.
A "peldar" could also be described as what one could call a cuck and/or a narcissist, due to Peldarnassus the Great, in 460 B.C. making a statue shaped like his face to whack off to because his wife cheated on him.

Some synonyms could be Jawki or even That Guy Sebi.

Antonym would be Chad.
