Dandy, toff, minser. Guy or gal in loafers often found to be wearing a colorful bowtie with unmatching suit in most situations, regardless of the occasion. May be seen dressed to the nines with goatish smile on face while looking at the floor and completely aloof with own thoughts. Naffy's will generally be unaware and unphased by their own ridiculousness. Will always be flapping gums on issues of zero or little consequence , and will be delivered with an unwarranted gravitas. Naffys have often gained skill to project veneer of professionalism, even potentia, even though in reality they are mediocre buffoons.

Look at that naffy smiling to himself, i recently heard him expounding on the virtues of the high count barbados twill in his necktie .

The slang is a mixed anagram for the Latin sentence "Facile Offendi" meaning "The Easily Offended".

When he has the opportunity he will help you with things, without having asked in the first place. Naffy is a very funny and very loud person.
