Someone who consistently has issues everywhere- banks, ATM’s, gas stations, fast food restaurants.

I went to deposit a check at my bank today and they put a hold on it. Totally got Dubba’d!

Went to Chipotle today for lunch 4 workers all incompetent and couldn’t make a burrito in 15 mins. I totally got Dubba’d!
