A. A group of people with penises masturbating one another in a circle.
B. A group of people in the forsaken website that is reddit.com who shitpost and make overall shitty inside jokes specifically about a certain topic (usually about a music group).

A. "Hey Jeremy! That circle jerk was fun last night!"
"Could you not say it so loudly, Brad?"
B. "Dude you like band right?"
"Yeah, why?"

1. When people sit in a circle and jerk each other off.

2. When people online or IRL keep talking about the exact same thing or agreeing with the exact same opinion and keep praising each other for it nonstop.

2b. (IRL) Those politicians keep agreeing on everything; they’re practically circlejerking each other at this point.
