A combination of the words "blatant" and "flair". Blaire is the highest degree of abroseph or egotistical behavior that one can possibly achieve. Blaire can also be used as a quantity or measurement to describe a beyond excessive amount of outrageous behavior.
"You're being very Blaire right now. I don't appreciate it"
One would ask, "On a scale of over 9,000 to Blaire, how abroseph do you think they are being right now?"
If one says, "That's too much Blaire!"
The other would respond by saying "That's redundant."

A male or female that is blaring loud, and has no concept of what an "Indoor Voice" is. Also a person who is willing to go to the middle of a dance circle and bust a move that only middle schoolers do.
*Baby is born*
Mother:"Should we name her whisper?"
Dad:"I think we should name her Blair!"
*15 years later*
Mom:"naming her Blair was an awful idea!"
Dad:"What? I can't hear you."
And
*In the middle of a dance circle at a frat party*
Frat boy 1:"Dude what is Blair doing?"
Frat boy 2:"I think he's pushing a shopping cart?... Wait now he is changing a light bulb?"
Frat boy 1:"Are we playing charades... I thought we were dancing?"
Frat boy 2:"I think that is his dancing!"

Blair is an amazing person. She helps others in their time of need and has a very kind heart. She gives you the best advice and really listens to you. Her laugh is like non other, it may be the best laugh you’ll hear. Her personality can go anyway. She can be the nicest person if you are on her good side, but if you aren’t, then that sucks because you’re missing out on a great friend. She will trust you if you give her a reason to. Never let her down because even though you may come back from it later, she will remember and won’t think of you the same sometimes. She is gorgeous. Her brown hair always looks amazing and her body is rather perfect. She excels in school and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Blair is someone you can’t pass on when you get the chance. She is the best person and bestfriend.
