a black person. This word originates from westampton, New Jersey. It is a town that used to be a nice neighborhood but now is overrun with black people. This term is used often around black people so they dont know your talking about them. It is also used to irritate local whites living in westampton who still try to believe that westampton is a nice neighborhood.
