The word probably comes from gipsy language and it generally means cool, beautiful, nice etc.
Romanians use it to describe different situations, persons or tastes by "shukar".

"Ai vazut filmul ala?"
"Da, e shukar!"

"Did you see that movie?"
"Yeah, it`s cool(shukar)!"

really nice guy, plays basketball (and good at it too) has some great dance moves that will cheer everyone up, nice smile, dark sexy skin, tall, and very funny, a guy to rely one for anything. He is just straight out AWESOME.

Shukrey

A woman that is not easily defined. Shukrey is NOT Somalian...I repeat she is NOT Somalian. She is DJIBOUTIAN! She speaks many different languages including french, english, somali, bullshit, gibberish etc etc and practices many different accents. She loves to be in love.
