Rule 1

A rule in multiplayer racing games. The rule for rule 1 is that if two cars lock bumpers head to head, they must accelerate into eachother and keep it that way until one of the cars is bumped out of the lock.

A rule for throwing a party which states that for every two 2 girls you invite 1 will show and for every 1 guy you invite 2 will show.

Tony invited an equal amount of girls and guys to the party but because of the 2 for 1 rule the girls were outnumbered by 4 to 1.
