A phreaklab can refer to many things from mental health to computer hacking.

1. A computer hacking term that refers to where the act of phreaking aka phone hacking, will take place.
1a. The state of mind one is in while phreaking or hacking phones.

2. A term used for slang of Freak meaning outcast or wild or weird or strange.
