A nang is an Australian slang for nitrous oxide filled ballon, or simply, cream chargers. Nangheads are those who use them excessively which result in an excessive lost of neurons and brain cells. As a consequence, nangheads are dumb and stupid fools who do stupid things. Mild cognitive impairment and short term memory lost is also common.

The word originated in Hackney, London. Specifically Kingsland Secondary School (now sadly gone).
The word is a direct product of one Nang Phan, an ex-student of KS. It came about through boys in years above her chiding "ahh, Nang you're nang". It caught on like wildfire from there.
