Mugly is the boss of the Jungle world of the Donkey Kong Island, as well as the first boss in the games Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Like many of the other animals on the island, Mugly falls under the spell of the Tiki Tak Tribe. Krazy Kalimba hypnotizes and takes control over the creature during the boss battle.
