At every Ramones concert the lights are dimmed, dry ice obscures the stage, a recording of the classic spaghetti Western movie theme "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" is playing, audience members are chanting "Hey ho lets go!", you see men wearing leather jackets and blue jeans bustling around.
