Kanon

A sweet girl, shy to speak out but always knows the right thing to do and would be a great leader if someone was there to support her during it. Beautiful and young, shes like an angel. People would call her a saint, as she does well with so much. She always has friends near her in case something happens, and shes sure to pay them back with more kindness than needed.

That girl is such a kanon.

Kanji (literally "Chinese characters) are one of the four writing systems used in modern Japanese. The other three (hiragana, katakana, and romaji) are phonetic alphabets, like the ones used in English, Italian, Spanish Greek, Arabic, etc. Kanji, on the other hand, are not phonetic, but convey a meaning, and can often be pronounced in several different ways. The kanji meaning "down" or "below" has about 10 pronunciations. ::eek:: Most kanji, however, have about 2 or 3 pronunciations. Kanji are very useful, considering how many homophones there are in Japanese. Kanji allow the reader to distinguish between two words that have identical pronunciations and completely different meanings (e.g. "Koukou" can mean "high school" or "sexual intercourse." They have the same pronunciation, but are written with different kanji.) About 2,000 kanji are used in everyday Japanese, and yes, they are a hassle to memorize, but there are certain patterns (called radicals) that appear in dozens of kanji, which makes memorization easier. (e.g. The figure that looks "like three horizontal lines on top of a square" is seen in numerous kanji, most of which have meanings that are related to speaking or reading.)

Kajori

Kajori is the name given to a particular girl, one who is tall, charmingcharm and very rare. She is usually a very lovinglove person, and often likes to do a lot more for people then they give back. Kajori especially likes to help out her loyal friendsfriend, even if sometimes they give nothing in return. Sometimes it is in the nature of Kajori to get very annoyedannoy with the ones she loves but she always forgives them in the end. Along with these things, Kajori generally has a lot of pride which she never likes to hurt, however she does not care as much when it gets hurt by the actions of her friends. Kajori is also generally very good at dancing and music and she is also a very gorgeousgorgeous and enchantingenchant person. Kajori will also often waste time and wear herself out going in too many directions at once. She is not very patient and expect quick results. However, when encountered with failure she makes extreme comebacks, often against incredible odds. Kajori is also a girl who is grateful for what she has however sometimes fails to show it. She has a wonderfulwonderful family and incredible friends which make her smile everyday.
