HPS, also known as heavy penis syndrome. When a mans penis is so Heavy it results in back strain and rapid blood loss.

Just went to the doctors today because I have a bad back and feeling faint, turns out I’ve been diagnosed with HPS.

HPS is the abbreviated form of ’Hacks Per Second’. This term is often used when my good friend, Mystichorseangel, is using her computer. The reason being: she gets hacked a lot. It is to be noted that the counter only registers unique hacks.
