When you are either dared or forced to participate in the uncomfortable thrusting of a fully functioning glowstick in and out of your anal canal for a specified amount of time. Preferably during a AA event (alcoholics anonymous) so that your adrenaline rushes to the brain mimicking the process of getting high or drunk. Also helps if while it’s happening you shout “ohhh that’s nice”.
