(Insult, Noun) Any person with obnoxious, excessive, trashy, poor quality, ugly, tattoos. Can refer to someone with just one tattoo or many.

Tends to suffer a narcissistic injury when their tattoos are criticized or their delusional ideations about how cool/unique their tattoos make them are not reciprocated.

Tattoo locations that instantly qualify someone as a doodlepad: face, neck, scalp, hands, front upper pubic area, genitals, buttcheek, lower back (tramp stamp), sleeve, arm, shoulder, bicep, forearm, elbow, leg, calves, thighs, ankles, stomach, chest, upper back, behind the ear, sole of the foot, (anywhere on the body).
