When his mother finds out about the secret relationship between Alex and Henry, she tells Alex that it is very important that he either break off the relationship or, is he feels ‘forever’ about Henry, he must keep the relationship under secrecy and make sure the public doesn’t find out or it could ruin the election.
Alex is very interested in politics and does online schooling for it. By the end of the book, he finishes all his classes and is able to start working alongside his good friend, Luna.
