You make a high pitched cookoo cookoo sound when your friend is delving into taboo conversation topics in front of others.

Your friend syas: "I hate Caribbean Medical school graduates. I think they're dumb." in front of a Caribbean medschool graduate. Then you say cookoo cookoo to prevent him from saying anything further on the topic.
