a Chimmer is a word, used to describe or depict a person that is a fan, of a person/character and/or thing. This person is so cringey, disenchanted and hormonally imbalanced that they resort to feeling the need to genderbend or "transition" characters and or people just in order to "ship" them as an "item," whether it be related to fanfiction or not.

A: "I love Smiling Friends and everything, but, THAT side of the fandom emerged."

A: "shipping Charlie and Pim and making them trans characters. I'm not 'phobic but this is everything Zach (PsychicPebbles) makes fun of within fandoms"
