A Character in "The book of Bjorf" plays no part in the main story but can go from dimension to dimension with his scooter. Mr.Pimp has a distinguished look with his jeweled top hat and accessories.

He genuinely has no part in the story but occasionally comes from his portal in the background of each scene or event of "The book of Bjorf"

Scooter guy

That one guy who rides scooter on skatepark. They sometimes evolved from scooter kid or just from the beginning was Ok. Pretty fun to speak with but have a bad reputation from his passion.

If you gave him a chance you might get a good buddy to ride with. Sometimes they can be better at skateboardering or bmx then normal riders just because he switched from them to rides scooter.
