Prithwiraj is a similarly spelt word as with Prithviraj, especially with an Eastern Indian accent. Prithwiraj is the king of the world. He is the hottest guy around and no matter what happens, he'll always be there whenever you need him. He may act like a jerk at times but he always cares about you and doesn't think negatively about anything. At times, he is a bit shy. Prithwiraj is not easy to understand and in the world of Prithwiraj's aura, he is the royal king.
