A person or thing, that has few distinctive properties such as the ability to shrink instead of grow, dirty minded and can summon juice. They also have the unique ability to inhale food without swallowing it in quick successions. A Muntasir can be determine by if they complete these actions, or eat lots of Indian food and make racists remarks. They also have a VERY angry persona
