Lucy is a very annoying and loud chick. She tries to be popular but fails badly and is just a total mess. She shouldn’t be around you so if you see a Lucy you need to run! Most Lucy’s are quite gay so be aware of her and try stand out of the way of her. Lucy is very sensitive and acts like a 5 year old everyday.
