In winter, that brown and off-white amalgam of snow, ice, salt, sand, and other assorted debris that collects in the wheel wells and/or under the fenders of any vehicle that is so equipped. See also toe jam.

A bisexual person. A fence-hanger is a term that refers to a person who hangs on the proverbial fence - he or she is unable to pick a side on which to committ his or her sexuality, but rather stays near the fence (the middle).

That kid won't pick a side, he just keeps hangin onto the fence.
