A person who is not quite right either bodily, mentally or both due to having older parents. This can be caused specifically by a fathers old manky sperm.

Due to Susans' dad being so old when he got her mum pregnant, she came out Half-Baked, with a wonky eye and a limp.
She also couldnt add up or read until she was 12.
