Tattoos might have indicated a person's toughness in the past, but those days are long gone. Nowadays, so many people get tattoos that they don't indicate anything. Pussies get tattoos like many other people do these days. You got people nowadays who get tattoos just to look tough or to look like somebody they know, or to look like a bunch of other people with the same tattoo.
He/she got a tattoo(s) to try and get more respect than they did as a kid, back when he/she was a fuckin dork.

a popular, yet highly condemned, body aesthetic personal choice, which people use to show off, express their creativity, deal with traumatic events, or fix temporary whims and boredom.
basics: a needle goes into your skin repeatedly, to make a tear and get non-toxic (desired) ink inside. ideally, you do this tattoo thing once, then you move on to another patch of skin, unlike with botox (toxic) or other skin procedures (radio/high frequency, microneedling, peelings, etc.) that work on the basis of they destroy your skin and/or other cells and you need to use up some telomeres and eventually stem cells to heal yourself, procedures that you end up doing over and over in your life. yes, to look better, and yes, you heal, and yes, right now humans don't reach the maximum potential of their genetic lifespan anyway to feel a reduction, and miss those stem cells, so why not? better to focus on protecting your heart, and donating to research for cancer, and other bad things.
if done in truly sanitary conditions, tattoos are not that bad for the body, unless there's something off with the ink, or you choose to remove the tattoo, breaking the ink apart into small-small toxic particles that will then all get absorbed into the bloodstream. health hazard! good luck kidneys! and not only. so choose wisely. ideally you should not have it removed.
wouldn't it be nice instead to have this ink be nutrients for the body, so that you kinda get a vitamin boots when you wanna change things up?

A neck or facial tattoo, so named because of the number of employment avenues it removes. Level of giving up directly proportional to the size, number, and offensiveness of above-the-collar art.
Q: "Dude, why did you get those give up tattoos? Do you think Charles Schwab or Disney are looking to hire a guy with a giant fucking spider permanently painted on his face?"
A: ” It's cool, man. The only two industries I have any passion for are pornography and the custodial arts. No barriers there."

Tattoo Rick a very talented artist, he is also sweet, and hilarious at times.he is very easy to read and he wears his heart on his sleeve. Anyone who meets him automatically likes him. If you see a tall tattoo covered version of Napoleon Dynamite giving tattoos... more than likely it's going to be tattoo Rick. Although he looks very nerdy his personality kicks ass... I think I would rather be from Canada so I could be cool like him.

A tattoo that's popular with basic bitches with no personality. A tattoo fad that's in style for a very short period of time leaving the people who get it outdated and marked for life as sheep. They usually walk in to the tattoo shop holding up their phone and immediately asking 'how much for this? I want the same placement and same size.' Usually a small tattoo a celebrity or instafamous girl recently got. For example; infinity sign (sometimes something written in it like 'family'), small arrow, a simple shape with no shading, bird silhouettes, side of fingers tattoo, 'this too shall pass' on the underboob, anything written upside down on the wrist because "it's for me".
'How was it today, any walkins? '
'It was alright I guess, just a few pintrest tattoos'
'Oh bummer, at least you made some drinking money!'
