When we use "doodool tala" we're not talking about the "dick" or the value of someone's "dick" actually.
it's cute slang to call a male person when you're so close to him.

Ali: salam, cheotori doodool tala? (hey, hows going on, "doodool tala"?)
Amir: mersi dadash, to khubi? (thanks bro, how are you?)

(Ali and Amir are close friends so Ali can call Amir "doodool tala" and Amir doesn't consider it a disrespectful word )
