The selling of any items and or "Stuff" you cant find a use for, Also , all things you dont know what function they serve.
May also include all things ...smelly, broken,delapitated, worn out, banged up, etc...
One may find such "Sales" taking place in and around large cities and towns or villages all across the land organized by people who are in extreme need of financial help and /or very needy of cash!

The term yard sale is term that originated from snow sports such as skiing and snowboarding. The term is used to describe a massive wipeout in which the skier or snowboarder loses some articles of their clothing or even their poles, skis, or board. It is called a yard sale because after the wipeout, all the person’s clothing are laid out in the snow like they are on display in a yard sale.
