Psychic Mechanics Theory

Essentially synonymous with Psionic Mechanics Theory, but often with a slightly softer, more organic or spiritual connotation. Where "psionic" sounds technological, "psychic" might imply a natural, innate human potential. The mechanics might be framed in terms of "energy channels," "vibrations," or "morphogenetic fields" rather than tachyons.
Example: "The new-age healer's Psychic Mechanics Theory described auras as bio-plasmic energy fields, with clairvoyance working by 'resonating' your field with a distant person's to receive impressions. It was a biomechanical metaphor, painting the psychic as a sensitive organic instrument rather than a mental radio transmitter."

Kardashevian Mechanics

The branch of mega-engineering and physics concerned with the practical construction, stabilization, and operation of the unimaginably vast structures and energy systems required by high-level Kardashev civilizations. It's the "nuts and bolts" of godlike power: the math for stabilizing a rotating ringworld, the materials science for a Dyson Sphere's solar-collector panels, or the orbital dynamics for moving stars. This is the applied engineering manual for beings who treat planets as LEGO bricks and stars as furnaces.
Example: The calculations needed to prevent a Matrioshka Brain (a nested series of Dyson Spheres) from collapsing into its star under gravity and radiation pressure, or the logistics of using gravitational lensing to focus multiple stars' energy onto a single point for a project, are problems of Kardashevian Mechanics.

Frequency Mechanics

A speculative branch of physics proposing that the fundamental nature of reality is not particulate (made of tiny balls) but vibrational (made of standing waves, frequencies, and resonances). In this view, what we perceive as solid matter, forces, and even time are emergent properties of underlying vibrational patterns in a field or substrate. "Mechanics" here refers to the study of the motion and interaction of these frequency-based entities. It suggests that changing an object's fundamental frequency could alter its mass, location, or phase of existence—the ultimate "vibe shift" as physics.
Example: In the sci-fi novel The Light of Other Days, a "quantum disentangler" works on principles of Frequency Mechanics, tuning into the specific vibrational signature of an object's atoms to render it intangible. A simpler example: the theory that consciousness arises from the gamma wave frequency synchrony of neuron firing, not just the neurons themselves, is a slice of frequency-based mechanics applied to biology.
