I was playing some Half-Life when it started running slow and I experienced some terminal lag! Aaargh!!

jolty lag

Are you suffering from a severe case of jolty lag?

Jolty lag is when you're in a game or rocket league and your car and the ball jumps forward at random times. Not to be confused with normal lag.

meth lag

"Meth lag" is like a tremendously worse case of "jet lag" after going without sleeping for multiple days while on crystal.

I really wasn't thinking clearly, and had total meth lag after doing a 4 day binge of chalk.

Jail-lag

Similar to jet-lag, jail-lag is the time/routine shift which a person experiences after being in jail for more than just a few days.

After serving 18 days in jail being forced into an unusual routine, a person experiences jail-lag after returning to the "free" world.

Urban lag

The lag and bugs that come with searching or merely being on urban dictionary. Sometimes the page just shuts down forcing you to reload it for the 1000th time. Even like counts and search suggestions stop displaying every so often. In total, a complete mess.

It’s like jet lag but for filmmakers. It’s the fatigue one feels after being on a film set for several long days.

Man, I have set lag that was a long week of filming. I’m setlagged and will have setlag for the rest of the week.
