Mayor does not care, and city emergency hotline tells u when u call about no plow, and no way to leave, and u have no power or heat, they tell you "u are on your own" and hang up...that is called getting a "Katrinatreatment."
When I called the City Emergency Hotline to report no power no heat no plow in my neighborhood they said "u are on your own." That is called getting a "Katrinatreatment."
