To spend money on someone who is clearly out of your league, hoping that he/she will acknowledge you. (Alternatively: someone who simps.) While the word is originally an insult, it has been somewhat reclaimed by the livestreaming community, who use it as a tongue-in-cheek synonym for donating to a streamer.
