Often reffered to as UDS.
people with low self esteem or are undergoing emotionally tough times will use Urban Dictionary to fufill their emotional needs. They invent words and phrases and hope it gets a thumbs up. If their posts get a positive reception, they will go into an extremely euphoric state. However, if it turns out to be a total failure, the Urban Dictionary Syndrome will worsen.

His post on Urban Dictionary got 2300 likes and 900 dislikes. Now, instead of listening to screamo music and acting depressive, he's acting like that guy from the double rainbow video. He's undergoing some serious Urban dictionary syndrome.

Urban Dictionary Editors

People that live to piss others off! They reject definitions that people work hard on and that would be usefull to other people. Instead, these editors CRUSH YOUR HOPES AND DREAMS!!! Don't reject something because you don't like it or agree with it. Reject it only if it doesn't make sence! Don't reject something because it insults you! Dumbasses!

When you have submitted several well written definitions and have never had one of them approved when you know yours was much better than many of the ones allowed to be published.

Urban Dictionary Addiction

A person who spends hours and hours on UD reading and writing definitions. They often get a thrill off of posting inappropriate yet hilarious definitions for the whole world to see. Also what I have.
