Someone who is only a means to keep you emotionally/romantically stimulated until you find who you really want/are meant to be with. They are easy to become infatuated with and almost as easy to leave. They often set a standard of how you want and should be treated but you won't stay with them, they are just a guide.

(noun): Similar to the food product Tofu which generates no original flavor but absorbs flavor from surrounding products, Emotional Tofu is a person with no actual experience in a topic but knows, or knows of, someone who has experience in a cause, so they absorb their emotion as their own.
