Essentially this law dictates that are 2 categories that a dumb idea fit under: Believable (Reasonable chance of a positive outcome) and Ridiculous (Very high chance of 1 or more bad outcomes), and that any idea that fits under the latter category should be flat-out rejected.

I was talking to his brother and Louise said he walked downstairs to Marc eating 4 chocolate chip muffins and then he said he is the baby in the house and once he was shoveling his driveway as it was still fucking snowing so his brother had to go back out when it’s done snowing then after eating 3 pizza slices and 4 chocolate chip muffins he complains he is overweight and if I where his brother I would drown the kid in 2 seconds.
