Bendall

Commonly to abbreviated to a 'Bender' or a 'Bendernator' is an 80s dance move in which the performer demonstrates a triple front flip. Studies show that 89% of all professional dancers who attempt this move die in the process. It is often followed by the running man. The Bendall was named after its creator, Group Captain D Bendall (first name unknown), who mysteriously attended Scottish clubs and regularly performed this move.
