underquotes

A hand gesture of air quotes where the hands are rotated 180 degrees (so the palms are up) around a word spoken to denote a sexual undertone. In texts or online posts, underquotes are denoted by two commas before and after a word intended to imply a change of sexual nature in the meaning of the sentence.

Saying you innocently want to check on a friend's well-being: I want to see how he is.
Using underquotes to imply something else: I want to ,,see,, how he is. OR, I want to see ,,how,, he is (depending on intended sexual meaning)

That tourist has a nice backpack. VS.
That tourist has a nice ,,backpack,, (the "you know what I mean?" is implied by underquotes)

Underseater

An underseater is when someone defecates on the outer edge of the porcelain toilet bowl, underneath the seat and then carefully brings down the seat, resting it on top of and hiding the poop from view. When the next person sits on the toilet the users weight compresses the seat on the poop, spraying it in all directions.

Dan got Rick good with an underseater prank. The poop sprayed all over his legs!
