Stanley is a town in County Durham filled with massive scruffs and chavs. The leader of the town is a man called Jake Richmond. His rules are that everyone aged 5+ must smoke 40 cigs a day and drink dark fruits in the local woods. Jake Richmond also has other traditions, such as stealing bikes, cars and blue WKD. Stanley is for the roughs, toughs and scruffs.
