code word for The Pirate Bay. Used in electronic communications to prevent being flagged by NSA, in conversations to avert eavesdropping DRM supporters, or just as an ironic alternative to "The Pirate Bay."

Person 1: "Bro, I just downloaded all the seasons of The Walking Dead, The Big Bang Theory, and Breaking Bad on Legal Bay!"

Person 2: "Legal Bay? WTF is that?"

Kips bay

Neighborhood just below Murray Hill in the lower 30s on the east side of Manhattan. Murray Hill is well known as a reference, Kips Bay was home to Irish Catholic families and businesses in the 50s and 60s and earlier, being gentrified into newer high rise condo buildings through the 70s to today. Below 30 th street on the East side in the 20s was mostly Italians, above 30th was Irish. There was once an el train running down 2nd avenue through the neighborhood.

People in Kips Bay would fall asleep to the sound of an el train each night.

Oyster Bay

Oyster Bay is a small town on Long Island filled with stuck up white kids. It’s so small that nobody knows what it is. There’s like 5 different pizza places and at least 10 nail salons. It’s actually really pretty by the water especially in the summer. The only time it gets crowded is for oyster fest when half of Long Island comes. Don’t even get me started on Oyster Bay Cove. It’s basically rich white kids that use their parents money for everything. Sick parties tho. Cove neck is pretty boring unless you wanna see Teddy Roosevelt’s house. Everyone knows everything about everyone here and anyone who actually lives in Oyster bay hates that people from Towns like Hicksville, Locust Valley, Syosset etc get access to Tobay beach.

Person 2: Oyster Bay
Person 1: What is that?

Person 2: *shakes head*

In OB we have a cute lil bay thats kinda gross but noone really cares, the only time anyone wants to come here is Oyster Fest, and we have like four pizza places even though its small

Cambridge Bay

A small town of about 1700 people in northern Canada. Very tightly knit and everyone is related, so if you vist there, there is minor chance you'll be jumped and forced to make sweet inuk cross babies.

Bobby: Hey! How is it in Cambridge Bay right now?
Paula: Bad. We accidently broke the last tourist and his baby juice.
