A rude way of telling someone "there making noise" and that there talking BULLSHIT. You much rather prefer they just keep quiet 24/7.

It should be said as "sure, enough". It's an affirmative/quantifiable phrase.

We sho 'nuff' got a lot rain last night. Preacher-"The lord loves you and will keep you!"congregation-"Sho 'nuff!" A form of broken english particular to the southern United States and many rural farm communties.
