a roommate who hinders more than helps. he does things like eat your food, use your computer to myspace slutfish, use your car to get to work, forget to tell you hes on the run, and things of that nature. in return he pays his rent late and usually in payments, doesnt buy groceries, and cockblocks at bars by telling girls about his "hard cock". sadly much like an anchor of a boat, it slows you down, brings you down, and you cant seem to detach from it.

i dont know what fucked me more, joe not paying his rent on time, or his constant "laying the pipe" jokes in front of girls that only one of us could pull to begin with. he is like sailing with a dropped anchor
