Someone who makes statements that are factually incorrect, while purporting them as fact. Someone one who lacks the cerebral cognitive ability to formulate a sentence. Mispronunciation, misspelling of words, or an individual who only speaks using words with no more than one syllable because anything over that, would immediately cause sensory overload and a breakdown of any remaining brain cells left.
