Wallowing in a situation that you created and could easily get yourself out of while also trying to make others miserable to make yourself feel better (trying to drag them into the pool as well).

Sam: Have you talked to Rick recently?
Tom: Not really, he's been even more of a jerk since his girlfriend broke up with him. Every time I try, he just makes me feel bad about something. I know he's upset, but he's just trying to make me feel to feel better about himself.
Sam: Sounds like he's swimming in a pool of his own piss and trying to drag you in.

Flamingo Piss

When you are in a sketchy (or any really) public bathroom stall and there is no lock on the door so you have to put your foot up to the stall door to keep it shut.

This cannot be done in a handicap stall.

Dude 1 Man, I had to do the flamingo piss at that truckers stop today
