Get the Piss Bombmug. A person in a leadership role who abuses their "power" to overwork, underpay, undermine, etc their subordinates in the most unethical way. They usually do not belong in their role as they haven't had any formal training and just ended up their by sucking the dicks/tits of their former superiors. Everyone who works underneath them hates them openly but the piss rat's ego doesn't even recognize this. (see also, narcissist)
