The word "Wigga" when used in text/in-person means (most of the time) a person who is a white "Nigga" most of the time African Americans use this word when referring to a white person who is close to them, has the "N-word pass" or grew up in the "hood"

The term for a white person. Mainly used for meming. Others can use the term if they get permission from a whiter feller. Genes do not matter only skin color. Other version is “Wigger”
