A vehicle in which the owner originally buys for a Nice, Summer car but will not drive in; rain, snow, heavy wind, mist, foggy days, etc.

"It looks like its supposed to rain today even though the forecast shows nothing."
"Oh! So its a weekly driver, not a daily. You drive a daily, everyday."

Grandpa Driver

Any driver, elderly or not, who exhibits driving traits such as not driving at least the speed limit, stopping at railroad tracks, not turning right on red, driving the speed limit in the left lane of a highway, being unable to navigate a roundabout, or otherwise causing unnecessary delays for other drivers. However, it is debatable if a Grandpa Driver is worse than a Dick Driver.

I was late to work today because some Grandpa Driver went 20 in a 45 for five miles.
