Agile Methodology

A work-group paradigm for software engineers where all the people in your work-group sit near each other, and little or no official documentation is required in the written code. This is to get working code out faster in order to keep pace with the competition.

Our new company owner is instituting Agile Methodology and I don't know how that will work out after 12 years of the documentation requirement being being beaten into me.

A lovely person who likes to attempt to manipulate cat sounds. The akhilashs is commonly associated with phrases like “yas” or “yaes” , they tend to use these phrases when they are not giving a shit to what you are saying.

When an akhilash is sad. It would be inclined to sing lyrics such as “how could dis happen to me”

Agile Eye Rolling

Giving the indication of an immediate discredit of someone's ideas on software development by the rolling of eyes. Often the presenter of an idea is using Agile concepts or is known as someone who believes in Agile software development

Dave (who is a big fan of Agile development) talking to Ken (who thinks Agile is a bunch of ceremony with no substance) says "Hey Ken, it seems like we need to focus more on the CI results so we can make sure we have a potentially shippable product at the end of our sprint". Ken immediately slouches in his chair and gives the agile eye rolling as if to say with body language "oh great, more Agile whooey from Dave"
