A helping hand in a broken down lift when needing a wee but unfortunately have broken both arms OR wrists . The helper holds the injured parties penis and aims into a bottle so the injured party does not wee down his jeans.
Andrey and Matt were stuck in a lift for four hours after a drinking session in the local watering hole. Matt had broken both wrists due to excessive masturbation sessions. Matt needed a wee but due to his injuries he could not perform the simple task of removing his member from his jeans. Andrey offered 'Lift Support' and Matt readily accepted. Andrey expertly removed Matt's member and aimed it into the almost empty Fanta bottle, he only slipped and sprayed Matt's urine against the glass lift door once! Excellent lift support!

The act of engaging in weightlifting exclusively for personal fulfillment, disregarding external opinions or societal expectations, particularly in the context of relationships. It reflects a commitment to self-improvement driven by individual goals rather than seeking validation from others, notably in the realm of romantic relationships.
Where somebody will transport people they know (or sometimes friends-of-friends of friends-of-family) to and/or from point A to point B where that person either does not drive or cannot drive due to intoxication.
Sometimes people may charge, or will do it for free with tips being appreciated.
Normally the person 'on lifts' does not hold a private hire licence but still does not legally stop them from offering their commitment.

Only doing upper body in the hopes that your legs will get stronger from carrying that extra mass around.
Did you see Jake? He's lifting upper body five days a week with this new trickle-down lifting plan... I can't tell if it's working, because he's wearing pants.

Bodily bruises, scars, and pain - the exact origin of which is unknown - most likely caused by strength training.
Person 1: Wtf are these ankle bruises from; am I being shackled without my knowledge??
Person 2: They're probably lift-mata. You were at the gym this week, weren't you?
