This could be by their parents following/not following the curriculum or online schools (yes, they existed before Covid-19). However, some online schooled students don’t like being called home educated.
Some peoples’ reasons for being home educated are:
- Religious beliefs
- Mental/Physical health
- Pursuing other commitments such as acting or sports
- Other, such as a need for a decelerated/accelerated education due to a number of reasons.
The list goes on.
There are many other social opportunities for children that aren’t school. Please don’t assume we are social recluses.

Get the educated trappermug. Fundamental Paper Education (or just 'F.P.E') is an animated music video created by artist and animator Kaaatie based around the Baldi's Basics fan song called "Basic's in Behavior," created by The Living Tombstone. It somehow blew the fuck up and is now one of the most trending things (mostly due to TikTok), right behind The Amazing Digital Circus.
The first "episode" follows a girl named Claire who is a new student at Paper School, a school where getting an F in either Miss Circle, Miss Thavel, or Miss Bloomie's class results in your ass getting eviscerated. It's being turned into it's own series due to the massive success of the music video, with the first ACTUAL episode coming sometime in the near future.

Get the fundamental paper educationmug. A web series about a Paper School. If you fail, you fuckin die and there's that one character that's getting constantly r34 made outta her.
Basically, someone named Claire enters into Paper School and tries to make friends. It skips to class and she's trying her hardest to work on her project, until the bullies, Oliver, Edward and Zip throw paper balls at her, which makes her mad. Fast forward to Miss Circle (the math teacher) getting angry at a student named Abbie because he failed his test, then chase sequence then death.
It now skips to the pool where Claire makes a new friend named Engel there.
Then, the library. Engel shows Claire the library and she's surprised. Until the bullies are back, and Edward made a drone to pick up Claire to toss her down a hole. Claire gets up and goes to the hallways, till she finds Miss Bloomie then chase sequence. But she died to someone named Alice instead.
