I guess it's when urban dictionary thinks' you are being too extreme when describing something. I know this is true because my retarded neighbor's definition, "Annie" never gets posted even after I've submitted it like 5 times already.

1: too narrow a defining of the word/term in question
2: a definition that would not occur to a majority of the people asked
3: a definition of a word/term which precludes honest and open discussion of the topic

A definition of urban legend that narrows 'urban legend' to 'political urban legends' would be an unreasonable definition, only a person who knows that he could not win the argument otherwise would make such a claim.
